The College has received a report of three suspected cases of the H1N1 virus in one of our Accelerated Studies for Adults Program (ASAP) cohorts at the Corning Business Development Center. One of the students in question has a close family member who has a confirmed case of the virus, and the instructor for this cohort may have been exposed during a recent class session; however, he is not exhibiting any symptoms at this time.
Students in the affected cohort have been notified by the College of their possible exposure to the virus.
ASAP students who are experiencing flu-like symptoms should contact their physician immediately and not attend class. Students on the Keuka Park campus should contact Health Services (315-279-5368) or the College Health Hotline (315-279-5999).
Presently, the Keuka Park campus and all ASAP cohorts and sites remain open. Status updates are posted to this Web site.
